Boys to Men

When I was a child I remember thinking I would never grow up and be old enough to do what I want to do.  That seems so far away now that I am past 40 and have my own children. One of my son’s asked me to buy him a video game which I said no and he moped and we went on , now we are in the grocery store and he asked me if he could have a oversized snicker again I said no and this time I said that is just to much sugar for you. His response was I can’t wait until I get older enough to buy and eat what I want and no one can tell me no. I said son stay a boy while you can because when you get to be a man you will have more people telling you what to do than you ever thought.

Hello all,

I would like to thank anyone who decides to read or comment in this blog. I want to say first that I don’t know everything but by the inspiration of Jesus Christ all things can be known. I look around and I see that the man is being slaughtered everyday. I am not saying that some things are not true( deadbeat dads, womanizing, drug dealers,white collar greed and many more). I know there are good strong men who do right in the eyes of God, But I think that is the problem God’s man is not respected in this world.
